- Stop using gas machinery taking care of your lawn. This releases emission into the air, just as cars do. By finding alternative ways to mow and do your lawn care, you can help the environment, too.
- Choose household cleaners and paints that are low on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to help prevent releasing them into the air. They add to the smog problem.
The pollution in the air can’t be removed entirely, but with some effort from each one of us, we can make a significant difference in the amount of pollution that is in the air. Even a slight decrease can make a big impact upon the environment and upon the health of the people.
